All Twomorrow jewellery pieces come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or material.
We will allow a one-to-one exchange for jewellery that is similar in value, repair the current or remake a new piece depending on the defect at our discretion.
However, our warranty does not cover the jewellery and diamond(s) against loss or theft, normal wear and tear, damages resulting from an accident, misuse or negligence.
It is recommended that you get your jewellery and diamond(s) insured by a private insurance company to protect against damage due to normal wear and cover for any loss or theft.
Exclusive Warranty for Salt and Pepper Diamond(s)
We will cover the Salt and Pepper Diamond(s) from damage by any reason for 1 year from the date of purchase. The diamond(s) will have to be brought back to us and we will replace another diamond of similar value for you.
Exclusive Warranty only applies to Salt and Pepper Diamond(s) purchased with Twomorrow’s setting as we will not be responsible for the damage of loose Salt and Pepper Diamond(s) bought and handled by crafters who are not accustomed in handling them.
Exclusive Warranty is only valid once for each Salt and Pepper diamond.
Terms and Condition
– Warranties will have to be initiated with Twomorrow within the coverage period.
-Any repair, resizing or any other services performed by anyone other than Twomorrow will void the above warranties.
– The physical piece of jewellery and/or diamond(s) will have to be received by us in order for us to effect the warranties. Cost of shipping and insurance related to return of the piece will be borne by the client. Alternatively, you could drop it off at our Atelier to not incur any shipping/insurance cost or risk the piece being lost/damaged in transition. Kindly arrange an appointment for the drop-off with our Concierge team.
– All warranty claims are subject to our assessment and we reserve the right to reject a warranty if found abused.
– Twomorrow reserves the right at our sole discretion to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms at any time.
